He was always treated with kindness, courtesy and respect with everyone at Ravenswing and he thought very highly of you all and the dedication you show to your work. You really made a difference to the quality of dadโs life in his last months. Thank you for easing and sharing our concerns and reminding us all that there are still lots of you โgood guysโ out there.
With sincere heartfelt thanks for the love and care to mum during her stay with you. You are all superb and the last 12 months were her happiest and โhealthiestโ for many years. She made good friends and relied on you all implicitly. I will never forget your kindness and humour, greatly appreciated.
Just to say a very big thank you to all of you at Ravenswing. You did a wonderful job looking after mum and I know she was very happy and content in your care. We will remember your kindness and consideration for a very long time. You should be very proud of your dedication, patience and love you give all your residents. We all miss Charlotte very much but we know she passed away in a place she loved.
