Our Manager, Beverly Ramsey, leads with a gentle steadiness that everyone feels the moment they walk through the door. She knows our residents as individuals — their stories, and the little things that bring them comfort — and she guides our team with that same thoughtful care.
Alongside her, our two Senior Carers, Keary Woolley and Beth Fletcher bring warmth, experience, and a familiar presence that residents trust. They notice when someone needs an extra blanket, a favourite song, or simply a quiet moment and a hand to hold.
Together, they create the calm, supportive atmosphere that families tell us they appreciate so much.
