They both have a natural way of making residents feel seen and valued. Whether it’s taking time for a friendly chat, sharing a laugh, or offering quiet reassurance during the trickier moments, they bring warmth to our resident’s lives.
They’re the ones who notice the small things — a favourite cardigan, a preferred biscuit with a cuppa, and the stories a resident loves to tell again and again. Their patience and kindness helps to make our home feel safe and familiar.
We’re incredibly grateful for the care they give, and we know our residents feel it too.
